The Policy & Research Group Provides Evaluation Support for SAMHSA Grantees in Gulf Region

October 2010 – The Policy & Research Group has recently been selected by Odyssey House of Louisiana to be the program evaluator for their SAMHSA-funded project Assertive Adolescent and Family Treatment. The project will provide outpatient treatment for adolescents (12-17) in New Orleans with substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health disorders. In addition, PRG works as program evaluators on the following SAMHSA-funded projects: Services in Supportive Housing operated by Unity of Greater New Orleans, New Orleans, LA; Youth Suicide Prevention Grant operated by the Louisiana Office of Mental Health, Baton Rouge, LA; Targeted Capacity Expansion Program for Substance Abuse Treatment and HIV/AIDS Services operated by NO/AIDS Task Force, New Orleans, LA and Comprehensive AIDS Program of Palm Beach County, Inc., Palm Beach, FL; Minority Substance Abuse/HIV Prevention Initiative operated by Comprehensive AIDS Program of Palm Beach County, Inc., Palm Beach, FL and Tampa-Hillsborough Action Plan, Tampa, FL.
